A Warning

Joseph Mayo Wristen

Winter of the Buddha.
Words written in our
fathers blood. Rise
pagan lepers rise. The
desecration of the land.
The battle for our freedom.
God standing over us in
rage. Man’s destiny in line
with the menu of a Muse…

She calls on you brothers
and sisters asking you to
understand, and to
remember that those who
pray with love in their
heart all ask for the same
thing regardless
of the Name of their god.

Add Keyword Tags

Separate each tag with a space. You may add as many tags as you'd like to each poem.

What are tags?
Tags, sometimes called “folksonomies,” are words that describe or categorize a poem, like “20th century modernism” or “Italian sonnet”. Tags can help you find poems that have something in common, based on how other people classify them.
